Is the project free?

Yes. I plan to keep the project completely free.

How often will updates be released?

Updates will come out when I have free time. In addition to developing Brushwork, I work full-time as a software engineer, so I can't always give the project as much time as it needs.

Where can I donate to the project?

Nowhere at the moment. The project is still in a rough state, and I don't want to accept donations for it yet, even voluntary ones.

Is the project open source?

Not at the moment. I don't see a need to open the source right now, and I don't have time to review and maintain other people's PRs. Since AI tools became common, there's been more low-quality code in commits and PRs. A PR can look good at first glance but turn out to be junk, or be so bloated that reviewing it takes hours. I don't want the project to grow beyond what I can manage. I may reconsider this later.

Where can I send ideas and suggestions?

I don't have a dedicated channel for ideas and suggestions yet, but I'll come up with something soon. For now, you can write to zylantstudio@gmail.com. I've had a bad experience with feedback channels on WordPress sites: even with a CAPTCHA, bots somehow managed to send around a thousand spam messages a day, lol :)
